That is one of the reasons I avoid gaming, at least certain classes of games, too.
I will say I also hate telephone conversations, but I’ve often saved myself significant time with a 3 minute phone call giving a much quicker result on a confusing issue versus the alternative a 15 minute angrily composed email with 4 or 5 back and forth responses spanning half a day.
Also I’ve found if your email is more than 3 sentences or covers more than one point often information is missed.

I blame the recipient when they can’t comprehend a clearly composed email, ESPECIALLY when I use bullet points.
